This is absolutely ridiculous and in no way okay. I understand what he was doing was wrong but he was in no way being aggressive or threatening the officers.

I don't understand how a tazer can be life threatening. Do not believe that it should be considered lethal force either.

This could be something that more states try to do after many of the recent events. I too believe that this is a First Amendment right and that it must not be taken away from the public.
