Misogyny is sadly very alive and well, even in circles with more progressive men. It's very disheartening.

I believe the best way people can help achieve social gender equality is no longer tolerating friends' sexist and misogynistic attitudes and jokes.

Video surveillance is so important because it captures exactly what happened and cannot be disputed. I agree, it is especially important for groups in society that are not often believed or protected.

Without being able to record them, how will the police ever be held accountable? So the police can have body cams, but the people cannot always document the police violence they witness?
