It drives me crazy how they keep rehiring repeat offenders, they are killing unarmed black men and women!

Officers with multiple offenses, 75% white officers, 25% victims at traffic stops, 20% of victims had mental health issues... the list goes on and on 😡

Not surprised. This is why vigorous and transparent hiring process is necessary. After all, they are employees of the community, there to “Protect and Serve”.
