Twitter isn't directly responsible for keeping people from saying mean things in their app, but I'm glad the recognize that they are responsible for keeping people from saying things that have a high likelihood of getting others hurt.

Good. Social media platforms are meant to help people communicate, not be platforms for people to verbally abuse or slander others.

He's been banned on every platform, and the one that hasn't banned him, has been shut down.
