I fear we may be on the verge of misogyny worsening back to the last century. I always notice in male leftist youtube videos they name every ism and phobia under the sun except sexism. South korea just elected a mens rights activist anti feminist president. There were numerous abortion bans in western countries such Poland and the US. And then there is this issue about women of Afghanistan. On social media large amounts of self identified leftists and feminists are pro porn and pro mens rights to purchase women. And COVID has caused a lot of women to lose their jobs so now is the perfect moment to strike. Thats me barely even scratching the surface. I feel like my generation is at risk for becoming more conservative socially while advocating for leftist economic views. Are our rights really in danger? Will it get worse or better? I know no one here is a fortune teller but I would appreciate your opinions nonetheless.

Outside of overt sexism and misogyny, I think it’s important to recognize how engrained and systematic anti-feminism beliefs are in U.S. society and law. There’s so much to unpack here.
Misogyny is sadly very alive and well, even in circles with more progressive men. It's very disheartening.
social media sites make it very easy to report racism and other bigoted actions and content .. but there seems to be no way to report misogyny
Seems there has been a global decline in rights protections period, no surprise that women‘s rights are impacted by fascist politicAl movements.
