So true! It’s noticeable in most organizations, those with female leadership and those without!
I'm very impressed by this article. Also, I understand I am saying this from a male perspective, so if you feel I'm mistaken about something, please let me know so I can understand it.
In the modern world, there aren't many, if any societies which are solely comprised of men. So in a modern day country, how can the needs of women be appropriatly considered and supported if the highest political office is always occupied by a man? How can a primarily male federal, state, or even local government adequatly serve its female citizens? While some of those men may be well-meaning, and more progressive than others, they can't solely decide what is best for women because they haven't had their experiences. America can't move forward in representing its female citizens without electing them. The same can be said for LGBTQ+ citizens, and different ethnic groups and so on.
