C-Number Prisoners have been in prison since the 70s and many still remain, many never made out, and some have been released. Many of the C-Number Prisoners received indeterminate sentences, leaving them stagnated in the prison system. Even with the low chance of recidivism and evidence of rehabilitation efforts and accomplishments. These prisoners still remain in the criminal justice system.
