Charles Williams Jr, is being charged with three counts of aggravated assault after practicing his 2nd Amendment Rights to protect his wife, property, and himself. After the police received a call about a drunk driver, Mr. Williams was accused of being the intoxicated driver. Although he was already out of his car and on his property when police arrived, they continued to harass him, and soon after fire shots at him.
