Ashley Diamond is a Black, transgender woman and prisoners' rights activist, and her situation is urgent as she is facing repeated sexual assault and denial of healthcare, which has only been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Ashley has since been re-imprisoned because of a technical parole violation and is currently incarcerated at Coastal State Prison in Garden City, Georgia.
