Tulsa race massacre makes me Angry its been 100 hundred years and still no justice on the people who done this,, still no reparations. I still live 7 mins away on where it started and still my side looks like it's most dangerous side of town. I have lived in North Tulsa for over a decade and I don't feel scared. This side really needs 2 look like the the east and south side of town to thrive the state and city needs to change this

To think that we see smaller versions of this scene play out every few months in this century. A person of minority background is accused of an offense, and law enforcement and our court systems delegate a punishment far exceeding that alleged offense, simply on the basis of racial prejudice. We need to continue advocating for fair treatment in interactions with police, arrests, and incarceration, because that energy and taxpayer money needs to go toward addressing serious crimes, which do not involve targeting one or a few minority groups.
the fact that I, nor anyone I know, was taught about this (and events like it) in school is maddening.
