i was issued a warrant for my arrest, for a crime my fathr had pled guilty to and was found guilty of in court. when i wentto court, the judge (who hated natives and women, which i am both) found me in contempt and the officer blew her knee while 'attempting to subdue me' after returning to conditional active duty after a 4th knee surgery. i never laid a hand on her, i never should have been there to begin with. i hadnever been in trouble in my life before this, i lost my nursing career i was in school for, my cna job, and became a felon for something i didnt do. then i find out someone who wasnt my attorney took my case to the supreme court and was denied. all theevidence to support all this was ruled inadmissable in court. where is the protection the constitution promised? i dont understand, except this is rural america and the law is in favor of the person that is white and as money here. i have nowhere else to turn, and this makes me physically ill...if i had not lived through this, i would have thought this was a bad joke
