A Baltimore Police detective has been indicted on a misdemeanor charge of assault and misconduct for allegedly choking and slamming to the ground a teenager in East Baltimore who was recording an arrest with his cellphone.
A grand jury indicted Detective Charles Baugher on the two charges, the Baltimore State’s Attorney’s Office announced Friday.

That officer knew exactly what they were doing when they assulted that teen, and why they wanted to assunt him. The officer was both professionally and personally offended that he, or any of his fellow officers were being checked to see if they would break protocol and commit a crime. He coundn't stand being watched, and judged for his actions later by the public.
This is why we need more training for police, and more people filming the police, so they can intimidate people with violence.
I don't understand why police do this, isn't it legal to film the police?
