IMO this is insane.

I think it always depends on what led to this situation. It’s always hard to tell from a 30 second clip. But as far as I can tell, and I’ve seen a longer version of this video, they asked him to take off his bag. Maybe it’s possible that he was reaching for a weapon but after asking him to take his bag off, this was what they should have expected. They could have shouted at him to stop at least before tasting him.
