(Speaking Up About Corruption In New Madrid County After 2 Years Of Torture, IT'S TIME TO SPEAK UP)

We have very solid reasons to believe that our family has been the victim of small town corruption for the last 2 years, and in this letter we will clearly explain the reason for this letter to be finally shared with not only media, but also we believe that the court and prosecutors should also receive this letter of concern.

Violations committed against my spouse is as follows: ) Conflict Of Interest

II.) Nepotism-Conflict Of Interest based on familial relationship or domestic partnership, and is inconsistant with

the basic principles of the CODE OF ETHICS.

*Committed when judge Underwood failed to recuse himself in a timely ethical manner, and filing the complaint

and probable cause statement in a case that involves his

younger brother, Drew Underwood

III.) Extortion-Shane A. Birdwell was deprived of his free will by being held in Mississippi County Jail with a 100,000 dollar cash or surety bond along with strict bond conditions after having no bond for over a month without being given a chance to take the stand or call for any witnesses throughout the entire case and was only released after aggreeing to change his plea to guilty, causing him to be placed on 5 years supervised SES probation as a first time offender with no violent backgroumd.

III) Kickback ; Bribery- An illegal payment intended as compensation for prefrential treatment or any other type of improper service.

they are often referred to as a type of bribery, and all feature some sort of collusion between two parties

* My family became victims of this when over $4,000 dollars was paid to pemiscot-dunklin electric co-op on the same day we attended court against Drew Underwood(not the owner of the property according to assesor's office) and his lawyer Curt Poore for accusations of unlawful detainment, forcing my

family out on the streets and leaving us with a judgement against us for over $5,000 dollars and an alleged debt of $4,000 owed to pemiscot-dunklin electric co-op whiched happened to be paid to the co-op on the same day we lost our court appearance.(documents of both our judgement and proof of payment made to co-op can be provided upon request)

IV.) Embezzlement(Underwoods and Pemdunk Electric Co- op)- The illegal taking or appropriation of money(daeoc funds)or property that has been entrusted to a person but is actually owned by another

*ANY illegal act by an officeholder constitutes POLITICAL CORRUPTION when done under the color of law is considered a violation of rights.

*One who acts under the color of law uses their authority and power to WILLFULLY deprive a person of his or her rights and privileges protected by the Constitution or

laws of the United States.

****We fully understand that even though judge Unerwood

recused himself from Shane's case, we feel that the recusal was not only untimely, it was very unethical for him to be assigned the case from the start, and as a result of this Shane was unlawfully detained while in front of the courtroom, humiliated, and arrested where he was forced to spend 12 weeks in Mississippi County Jail, without proper cause and refusing to provide proper information regarding his charges and future court dates due to this conflict.

We believe that we can provide very evident proof and reason to believe that without a doubt that none of these accusations that are being brought forth are false in any way.
