Such a slippery slope, me not being able to own a middle launcher, wouldn’t be a violations of my rights… and assault rifle is no different. The constitution does not guarantee am unlimited right to bear all arms!
Normally conservative values don’t adopt a “living constitution“ idea until the modern view of things match their own agendas and they can have guns.
