Officers had put him in a restraint chair the day before for his own protection because he was hitting his head on the cell wall.
Then, on May 6, 2020 officers tried again, and jail cameras show things escalated quickly.
He repeatedly told deputies he could not breathe. But the deputies and police officers he struggled with taunted him until he died.
