Today NOW celebrates Susan B. Anthony’s birthday. She was a pioneer for the women's suffrage movement and a strong activist for anti-slavery. While we celebrate her advocacy for the vote, we also acknowledge that even after the 19th amendment, women of color were denied access to the ballot box in many states.

We continue to build off her work for a feminist future that is intersectional and inclusive of all women with the fundamental right to vote!
